Return Policy

At Vos' Pet Essentials we do everything we can to ensure that our customers are happy with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us at support@vos-petessentials.com .

How do I return my order?

You have the right to return your order in whole or in part within 14 days of receipt. As soon as we have received the product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 5 working days . Please note that the shipping costs for returns are at your own expense.

Please follow the steps below for a smooth return procedure:

  1. Please send an email to support@vos-petessentials.com and state that you wish to return a product.
  2. Our customer service will review your request and provide you with the return address (please note: this is not the same as the order address).
  3. Make sure the product is properly packed in its original packaging.
  4. Send the package to the specified return address.
  5. Send us the track & trace code of your return shipment.
  6. Once we have received and inspected the package, the purchase amount will be refunded via the original payment method.

Which products cannot be returned?

The following products are not eligible for return:

  • Products that are made to order.
  • Products that are used or damaged after receipt.

Damaged or defective products

If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 30 days of receipt at support@vos-petessentials.com .

What should you do?

  • Please send us an email with a clear photo of the defect or damage.
  • Make sure the label and damage are clearly visible.
  • Our team will assess the issue and inform you of the next steps.

Solution:

  • If the defect is confirmed, we will send a new product free of charge.
  • If the problem occurs again, you will receive a full refund.

Important:

  • Returns without prior contact are not possible , as the return address may differ from the shipping address.
  • We try to answer all questions as quickly as possible and are available 7 days a week at support@vos-petessentials.com .
